MR is a three-layer MDF panel made using more than 50% recycled material, cleaned and selected for use in the inner layer of the panel. Surfaces made from virgin wood guarantee the same quality and surface performance as traditional MDF.
Recy and Plaxil 8
Two plants, one goal: to increase the use of recycled wood
Recy is the new wood cleaning plant integrated with the Plaxil 8 three-layer production line: an innovative system that makes it possible to produce three-layer MDF with more than 50% recycled wood.
Pure recycled
Thanks to X-ray and infrared selectors, magnets and eddy current separators (ECS), the new recycled wood cleaning plant removes any impurities (inert material, glass, stone, metal, plastic). The selected material guarantees optimum performance for the core layer of the MR panel.
The MR range
Standard, lightweight or for external radius milling
The range is CE certified and available in a CARB phase 2 – EPA or E 1/2 version with very low formaldehyde emissions. On request, the products can be FSC® or PEFC certified. Available thicknesses range from 16 to 50 mm, depending on the type.
